Science

We have adopted the Switched-on Science scheme of work and linked assessment materials in order to ensure that our pupils develop the scientific knowledge and skills required to meet the requirements of the national curriculum at an appropriate stage in their learning, and to avoid repetition or deletion.  We allow flexibility in planning as we recognise that our pupils need further enrichment and experiences. We teach and embed scientific vocabulary through our working walls and quality first teaching in line with the school develop plan.
